According to a June 16 report from The Citizen Tribune, electric mower manufacturer Greenworks has agreed to supply the city of Morristown, Tenn., with various types of commercial mowers as part of a testing program. Greenworks will not charge the city to use the products, and the city will in return provide data to Greenworks regarding the equipments' operations. Among the equipment the city receive are a zero-turn mower, a push mower, hand-held blowers, and various trimmers.
Greenworks opened a ride-on electric mower manufacturing facility in Morristown earlier this year.
