The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission has reported that as of March 16, Stihl has issued a recall on about 2,700 docking stations for its iMow robotic lawn mowers.
The recall stated that, "The docking station’s printed circuit board can short circuit when exposed to moisture, posing a fire hazard," and that "Stihl has received 8 reports of thermal overheating including 2 reports of fire. No injuries have been reported.
