Robert G. Jenson has been named the director of ecommerce of STIHL Inc. Jenson will report to the STIHL Inc. vice president of sales and marketing, and is responsible for all end-to-end aspects of ecommerce business operations in the U.S. with a focus on a seamless customer experience in the digital space.

Rob will lead our effort to better serve our customers by crafting ecommerce solutions that further integrate our network of authorized local STIHL dealers and deliver a frictionless experience in our omnichannel approach."
In his role, Jenson will ensure accountability for all aspects of the company's ecommerce business including performance marketing, fulfillment, customer service, payments, merchandising and data analytics. He will also collaborate with the STIHL global ecommerce team to further align global business plans and develop online sales initiatives while effectively localizing strategic plans tailored to reflect the evolving needs of the U.S. market.

Jenson joins STIHL after eight years at Whirlpool Corporation where he served in a variety of management positions, most recently as the Director of Direct-to-Consumer & Digital Properties. Jenson received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
