Rural Lifestyle Dealer announces its new editorial advisory board, which is made up of a select group of dealers representing the Dealerships of the Year and others who have demonstrated excellence.

The board’s goal is to help the RLD editorial team monitor issues and to identify the larger trends affecting dealerships across North America. Meet our new editorial advisory board. 

• Bill Brooks is president of Proven Power Inc., which has locations in Waukesha and Oconomowoc, Wis. The dealership carries John Deere, STIHL, AcrEase, Bannerman, Boss, Broyhill, Draw-Tite, Erskine, Green Mountain Grills, Honda Power Equipment, Kawasaki and Trimax.

• Rob Collins is sales manager for Big Valley Tractor, Stockton, Calif., which earned the 2017 Dealership of the Year in the single-store category. The dealership carries Kubota, Earth & Turf, Bear Cat, Gearmore, Land Pride, Guardian Ag, STIHL, PBM sprayers, Porters Welding, Rinieri, Schmeiser, Valley Tool and Walker.

• John Ewald owns Ewald Kubota, an 8-store dealership based in Seguin, Texas. Ewald Kubota earned the 2017 Dealership of the Year in the multi-store category. The dealership carries Kubota, Land Pride, Rhino, Scag, Vermeer, Belltec and Terrain King.

• Doug Vahrenberg owns Vahrenberg Implement of Higginsville, Mo. The dealership carries Massey Ferguson, Rhino Ag, Hesston and Quicke.
