Your Feedback on 'Forced' Manufacturer Programs

Several dealers have been in touch recently regarding what they consider to be forced programs from manufacturers that interfere with the way they think it's best to run their dealerships. I'm investigating the issue further to see if some manufacturers are overstepping, to the detriment of dealerships, or whether some changes need to be made on the dealer's side.
