Mike Kelly, owner of Kelly Tractor & Equipment, talks about what it means to be recognized in the Dealership of the Year program. Kelly explains that every employee plays a part. Although the sales team is the first contact point for many incoming customers, the service and parts department are crucially important in bringing return business to the dealership and the long-term success of the dealership as a whole.

Kelly Tractor & Equipment, of Longview, Texas, earned top honors as the 2015 Rural Lifestyle Dealer Dealership of the Year in the 'Single Store' category.
