OPE Dealer Revenue Down in January

During the month of January, Constellation Data Solutions’ data shows that OPE dealers sold 2 million wholegood units for total sales of $5 billion. That is based on 1,122 dealers and sales data is from combined sales of parts in all departments, wholegood sales and service repairs.
Same store OPE dealers reported revenue was down 5% year-over-year in January, at $106 million vs. $112 million last January.

On a regional basis, sales were down by 3% for U.S. dealers and down 8% for Canadian dealers. With the exception of the South, which saw a 16% decline, all other U.S. regions reported growth in January.
