AEM Data Shows U.S., Canadian Compact Tractor Sales Declined YOY in August

Sales of 2WD farm tractors less than 40 horsepower in the U.S. and Canada declined year-over-year in August, according to the latest data from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). U.S. unit sales declined 7.0% while Canadian unit sales dropped 7.8%.
Overall unit sales of U.S. tractors are down 4.6% compared to sales in August 2022. Overall Canadian tractor sales improved their pace versus the previous month, falling just over 6%.
