Branson & TYM to Merge as TYM North America in January 2023

According to a Dec. 9 company announcement from Branson CEO Tony Bae, Branson Machinery and TYM-USA will merge as TYM North America effective Jan. 1, 2023.

"Please note that the merger and the name change will not affect our operation, including contact information, location, products, nature of business, processes, or any other matters involving our normal business operation," the memo said.
